We at Baby Bird Productions operate a childsafe site and respect the privacy
of our visitors. Unless a purchase is made, we do not collect any personal
information from our individual users. No sign-in is requested, no names are
gathered, and no pop-ups or other paid advertisements appear on our site.
If a visitor contacts us by way of e-mail, we do not share their information
with anyone. Our web host does collect anonymous aggregate data that tells
us things such as how many visitors we get and what countries they are in.
This helps us respond to the needs of our visitors.

Terms of Use
All writing and artwork appearing on our web pages, story downloads, story
CDs and all other Baby Bird Productions products are the copyrighted property
of Barbara Freedman-De Vito at Baby Bird Productions ®. (The only exception
would be any graphics and text which belong to and are copyrighted by third parties.
Examples of these would include the SafeSurf logo and CaféPress-specific information
on our CaféPress shop pages.) All items sold are for personal use only and all forms
of transmission, reproduction, redistribution, posting, republishing, modification,
exploitation and manipulation of our content are expressly prohibited by law,
unless we give express permission to an individual for a very specific purpose.
Violators will be prosecuted. By using our website or making purchases from our
shops, the user agrees to these terms of use. The user also accepts that Baby
Bird Productions makes no representations or warranties with respect to the
