CLOTHING FOR THE WOODS
ON A SNOWY EVENING

When cold winds blow, when there is snow,
When frost lies on the ground,
How do I keep myself so warm ?
A simple way I've found.

With clothing snug and soft and warm,
With hood upon my head,
A sweatshirt is the thing for me,
It's cozy as my bed.

Yet I can run and jump and play,
Be lively as can be.
It's comfy, loose and moves with me;
This clothing's trouble-free.

I love my sweatshirt, white as snow,
And soft just like a lamb,
But decorated with some art
Geared to the kid I am:

Like smiling people, puppy dogs,
Like Goldilocks who fell,
Like three bears standing at the door,
Who never ring the bell.

Some pictures come from stories
That are only in this shop,
With tales that I can watch and read
While wearing this great top.

My sweatshirt is such fun to wear
On every day that's cold.
It's clothing I can warm up to,
With pictures bright and bold !
